I was thrilled with the amazing rooms that, despite looking nice, had some cheap materials and water stains on the walls. The missing amenities were a little disappointing, but the cleanliness was top-notch. The service was both exceptional and disappointing, as they never said no to any requests but had some issues. The location was perfect, right opposite City Palace and near Lake Pichola, offering a great view. The dining experience, though delicious, had room for improvement. The facilities were good but could use some upgrades.
